Christina Bangma is an example of putting your mind to something and accomplishing your goals.  Merely five years ago, Christina was a single mother working hard to raise her to children when she found the world of strongman.  Today, she is the world’s strongest light-weight woman having won the USS Pro Women’s Worlds, the USS Nationals, Strongman Corporation Nationals, World’s Strongest Woman, and Arnold Amateur World Championships 2018.
